• Custom items are non-refundable once production begins.
• Due to handmade nature, slight variations may occur.

• Payments are processed securely via Shopify (credit cards, PayPal, etc.).
• Prices are listed in USD.
• Shipping and taxes calculated at checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship to all USA states.
• Shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed.
• We are not responsible for incorrect address information provided at checkout.

5. Returns & Exchanges

• All sales are final.
• If items are damaged, please contact us at umbrellabird.crafts@gmail.com.
  

6. User Content

By submitting photos for custom items:

• You confirm you have permission to use them.
• We will only use them to create and deliver your product.
• We will never use your images in marketing without written consent.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, photos, and content belong to Umbrella Bird Crafts, LLC. Do not use without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Shipping delays or interruptions
• Allergic reactions to materials (see product descriptions)
• Improper use of children’s toys
